The management is fantastic and the support from other coworkers is refreshing. The pay rate is not enough however and there is little chance for advancement within the company.
It was a stressful job, very hot, only fans, limited working space, pay was poor, but was required to work hard and fast, the raise that we did get was very low, even with the extreme work conditions.
