Tim is a solid guy that will accommodate whatever you communicate with him. His place is beautifully decorated too! The location was convenient for me and I appreciated the no-hassle parking in the housing community! The room was comfortable and clean, and Torrie was a friendly and very easy to communicate with both before and after my stay. I had a great weekend staying here! I would not recommend this room. The neighbors or owners were having a loud argument, and I could hear them though the walls.
The room was really dusty. WiFi worked, a towel was offered but smelled horrible I came in really late, and the front door was left unlocked for me. When I left the next morning, it was still unlocked. Had a family emergency, torrie was very responsive and understanding, place and location is highly recommended. Not only is the place so beautiful and clean but also Angad the host is super hospitable and nice. It was easy to communicate with him and was flexible with checking in and out. Another big plus for me was its proximity to the airport!
Angad was very friendly and helpful. Responses were quick. The place was spacious and clean. No issue at all! This was our first Airbnb stay, and it was surprisingly perfect. Super clean and super nice. We had everything we needed and they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. He was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. I would definitely book with him again! Angad is a great host; very helpful and friendly. The location is great and the space is very clean and quiet. Deepak is a gracious host. I have stayed here on several occasions. The locations is good and it is safe and secure.

A lovely hostess! The location was perfect for me, the accommodations were what I needed, and a very sweet kitty to hang out with on the front porch. Smiling host who respects your privacy but always maintains a warm personality. Everything needed for a pleasant stay at good value! Wonderful host! No disappointments here. Very quiet and comfortable but also close to everything. The house it is gorgeous with plenty of natural light and stylish high quality furniture. Beautifully decorated. The room is very nice and the bed so comfortable, and a huge TV!. Mabel is a wonderful sweet host and great and fun to talk to. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! Martin and his family are great hosts! They were very accommodating regarding check-in and check-out times which made getting to the airport on time a breeze.

I was only there briefly. The room had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. Martin's place is super clean and organized. No disturbances at night and great privacy. Loved staying here. Beautiful Apartment in a closed community! Good parking place!! Loved the place. Loved the host, both Martin and Maria are warm and welcoming. You can book this place with no second thought! Such genuine people, may they be blessed for their amazing hospitality! I only stayed to rest for a night as I passed through, seeing some friends. The host was very nice. The room and private bathroom were clean. I used a little bit of fridge space overnight. She even offered me dinner and made me a breakfast sandwich to go the next day! Thank you for the hospitality! Where to begin?? Keyla's place is spectacular. Clean, relaxing, beautiful area. I could go on and on. Loved every minute there. Keyla and her little one were so perfectly friendly, and I especially loved the hand drawn signs for guests.
Unfortunately, I was there for work and basically showed up to sleep, as I would have loved to have talked to Keyla. They even invited me to pizza one night sadly, I had to pass. Spectacular place, spectacular host. Do yourself a favor and wake up early and sit outside. You'll see several deer walking around. It was beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay. The home was very neat, tidy and organized. The host was very thoughtful and considerate. I am a single Mom with twin girls that are both freshman in College.
I appreciate host like Keyla that goes out of their way to provide a luxurious space and keep the price affordable. My daughter got sick and had to be added as an additional guest and she worked with me and made my extending for 2 days very easy.

Thank you for sharing your space with us. Crystal clean, modern, comfortable and very welcoming home to stay with an exceptional and accommodating host. Awesome place to stay. The rooms in the house are very inviting, cozy with a modern charm. Super clean, spotless! Wonderful hospitality. If this is available you should grab it!! Keyla thought of everything! This transition to Charlotte was so smooth with her help!! Will stay again! Keyla's place is much better than my expectation. The room is clean, stylistic, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom has everything you need. It is convenient to grocery store, restaurants and the theater.
The environment is beautiful, quite and safe. It is by the side of a golf course. The host is kind and hospitable. It is well definitely well worth the money you spend. It is enjoyable stay there. Such a nice place to stay. Wendi's home was ideal for my purposes and was clean and pleasant to come home to. Plus they willingly shared their Christmas Tree and pets with me, which made it feel even more like home. I stayed in the house for a long weekend and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
My partner and I stayed at Wendi's the last week of December. Her responses were prompt and she was hospitable. What else can you ask for? As for the home, it's in a great location that's close to other neighborhoods throughout Charlotte. If you have a bad lower back like I do, the bed might not be that comfortable.
Overall, good stay. Wendi was a fantastic host. I checked in very late and she made sure that I was able to get in and followed up the next morning to make sure everything went well. The house was clean and well decorated. Wendi was attentive to everything and would ask in person what, if anything was needed to make the stay better.
The location is great. It is a very quite and safe neighborhood but only a couple of minutes to the highway if you need to go somewhere each day. Wendi is a very nice person. The bed is really comfortable. The room and bathroom is the largest by far! I felt like I had a NYC pad again! There was definitely a Welcoming spirit that enveloped yours truly! I just rented a room but from my Scan her place has character. I who loves people notice how friendly the locals are!!! This was my best Airbnb visit. It was even better than the photos. Exceptionally clean and spacious.
Has a huge tub and separate shower. Clean towels , laundry, and bath washes are available. Sheets are changed after each guest. I know this because there are two other rooms available. I was traveling for business and this was a great spot. The upstairs is quiet and allowed me to get a lot done. As others have mentioned, the size of the space is really amazint and the bathroom is a nice touch.
The quick access to the freeway was perfect to get downtown quickly. Wendi was super helpful and quickly responded to any of my questions. Wendi was very kind and made my first experience super easy. There were 2 other people staying in the house and I never even noticed. Plus the room was super comfy. Definitely would recommend. GREAT location! Very clean and put together. We will definitely be booking again when we come back to Charlotte! We even rented scooters to go out on the town. Safe location to do that!
Great place. If you are planning on spending the night in Charlotte--stay at Wendi's place--there is no need to look anywhere else. Tim was a great host who really saved me when I need to find a place to stay for my regional level cross country meet. Tim offered to give me a ride to get food and had a very nice bedroom set up for me. The art and decor are amazing. Solid place, a little further from uptown then I thought, but not enough to ruin the weekend. Very clean and comfortable stay. Would definitely book again in the future. Tim acommodated me for a last minute booking. His communication was quick.
The bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend! Very nice room just as pictured. Bed is super comfy and very nice to have your own tv with Netflix. Definitely recommend if in the Charlotte area. Tim is a great host willing to help you have a great stay. He has knowledge of his area which he would gladly let you know and offer his help in any way. True hospitality, communication , friendliness, great conversation, comfortable bed, was warmly felt and much needed for my long drive to drive up north for my family reunion.
I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back! Jemma and Larry were excellent hosts. They both made me feel comfortable and welcomed and I was able to rest all day on a Saturday with no interruptions. The space was very clean and comfy.

Great place to stay. Friendly host and the host was able to meet what the guests needed at that time. Wonderful host and he is ready to have a chat with u if u are willing to do so. Darko and Kailagh could not have been more kind and gracious. They have a lovely home and are as welcoming as can be. I was in town working so we had limited interaction.
However, they went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this experience to anyone. The area is lovely. I felt comfortable and safe and and was greeted with respect, friendliness and overall peace. Darko and his wife are most lovely couple. Place was super clean, huge bathroom, house has tons of natural light, convenient to stores, hiking, town, etc. We easily could stay there longer than few days. Highly recommend!!! Better than home. Sadly, we had to cut-short our stay but whenever the opportunity re-presents itself, their BnB is Choice 1. Hands-down my best stay yet. Great location near many shops and restaurants with easy freeway access. Darko is a fabulous, thoughtful and caring host. Looking forward to staying there again in the future! This is an amazing place real settled tucked and nestled.
A real home away from home. The shower is amazing a great start to my day and an awesome evening night nap. A very pleasant place to stay: Kimberley is very accommodating host, happy to help with any questions and always quick to respond. Thank you! Kimberly's place was extremely clean and her attention to detail was unmatched. The private bathroom and extra items she provided were a nice touch. The room had all the amenities you need and Kimberly added extra items to make your stay more comfortable, including keurig coffee and water.

She really goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. Nice quiet private room. It has all the standard amenities but she goes much further for the things you may forget. Forget a razor or need a wine opener or sweetener and cream for your coffee? Everything was very clean and neat Highly recommend! The room was just as advertised; perhaps a little better! I enjoyed the private entry and bath. Secluded and private neighborhood, but very close to downtown.
Basic amenities for a short stay - Keurig, microwave, fridge, plenty of towels. Appreciated the complimentary chocolates! Bed was comfortable. Overhead fan was useful. Kimberly was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for anyone or any couple looking for an affordable place to sleep and shower! Nancy and Tony are wonderful hosts! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. The neighborhood is beautiful and was perfect for our morning and evening running and walking.
The patio they have set up is truly a gem, especially with the mini-brook and lit tree to enjoy. We especially loved making s'mores with them around the fire pit, and even got to see a couple of deer. Excellent people. Very accommodating, and without a shadow of a doubt, the best place to stay in the area.

Would encourage anyone to stay with them! Staying with Nancy and Tony was like staying with family. They were very nice people and made us feel at home. We even spent an evening with them and another couple that were old Airbnb guests of theirs by the fire pit.
Their amenities are like renting an entire home. They let I see you to their kitchen and though we didn't use the washer and dryer it was offered to us. Their porch was a very relaxing spot and we got to see some deer go through their yard late at night. This is the only place to stay in Charlotte!!! We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's and Tony's house!

We felt like at home there. And we loved Ruby and Feeny - the cats who live there: The neighbourhood is safe and good for walking. It's also very green. The stores and the bank are quite close. To summarise: Tony and Nancy were very welcoming. I stayed at their place for an extended time, and it felt like being at home!

Their place was very cozy, and they checked to make sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood was very safe and central to many attractions around charlotte! Very kind host with two adorable cats. This place really makes us feel like home. It is so comfortable and relaxed. It is absolutely quiet and safe. Definitely recommended.
They have a room with two twin beds and another room with one king bed. The location is really great. I never got to meet Frazier but he was still very helpful on getting into the place and making sure I had everything I needed. If you like large spaces, comfortable beds, and a great host, this is the place to be. But don't take my word for it,try it yourself! Frazier was an awesome host. He met us at the door to give us the key and showed us around the place. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. He gave us space while we were there but made it clear that he was accessible if needed.
He also recommended local eats and activities. Frazier is a great host - having made all the preparations for my stay and communicating on the spot.
