Stayed 1 night in January We were attending a friend's birthday celebration in the hotel, so booked via Agoda and paid less than the full price for a room.
Although we were offered a sea view, at a price, we declined.
Our room was tight on space and the bathroom was a disappointment. The bath and shower were alongside a sash window, so all the water from the shower went into the window. Even with the limited adjustment of the shower head, a great deal of water was hitting the window. As a result, there was a lot of black mould in the base of the window.
In addition, the bath tub was extremely high and I needed assistance in getting in and out of it.
We were very disappointed with our room but have rated the facilities satisfactory as we did not use the Spa and could not comment on it. Mrs Littlue Smith.

Stephen from United Kingdom. Stayed 3 nights in August Lovely location overlooking Christchurch Harbour. Very comfortable room on the fifth floor with lovely views. Perfect place for a special occasion it was our 45th wedding anniversary with a very good restaurant on site.
