It is clean and the rooms are spacious. There are fridges in the rooms - this is a plus.
We brought milk and cereal for breakfast and water to have available in the room instead of buying every time we were thirsty. The water park was a good time for everyone. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, including one toddler and there was something for everyone.
