While I appreciate the apology and correction, it added unnecessary time to what was supposed to be a minute procedure. I'll come back, the folks here are nice, but always check any mechanic's work.

This is my second visit here and both times I received excellent customer service. Back in November I went to monro on bluemound rd. After my terrible service and having the wrong oil put in my truck I vowed to never go there again. The minute I walked in the people were very helpful and polite. They got my truck in a couple hours later which was great. The people here are very professional.
It's like night and day, this location vs the bluemound location! I am happy with the service and will continue to use this location over the other one that's a few blocks from my house. The friendly staff is really the best thing about this place, i t makes getting your car fixed less of a chore. Ill be back! They did a great job fixing my Town and Country. The rear wheel hub was buzzing badly, and they had it replaced really easily. They gave me a price and stuck to it, were freindly and responsive. I would highly recommend them.
