Hale the store mgr was great and helpful. I tried a level up and liked the bed. Staff is super sweet and friendly and very knowledgeable of their products! They are always positive and upbeat. Salon is always super neat and clean.

Thank you palm beach tans and Ashley for making my experience great! Everyone is always so polite and friendly and extremely helpful if needed. The girls are always pleasant at the front desk. The remodeling looks awesome. Always welcoming each time I visit. Very nice ladies, knowledgeable about anything I ask when I'm inquiring a spray tan or regular beds etc. I love when I come in the door and see Jordan.
She is always smiling and has the best personality. After just a few times of coming in she always remembers my name. Amazing manager and a overall great person! Does anything to help. Goes above and beyond! The new 24 FULL hours rule is awful for us who come on lunch hour Not happy with this. I feel like I get nothing out of the level four beds. I pay for it but don't use them because I feel like it's a waste of time. Also don't like the 24 hour rule. Cause sometimes if your just within an hour or so u can't tan. Need new bulbs in level 4 beds, the associates are awesome. As long as it's not Lydia or Chelsea they are the rudest anybody else is ok.

It's not my fault y'all bought my tannin salon!!! I really enjoy only having to tan once a week to keep a glorious tan! The employees I have interacted with have all been very helpful and knowledgeable! I also have some negative issues. I just realized last week that I am paying over a hundred dollars a month for the package I chose.

Employees are great, just don't have enough level 4 beds. The Olive Branch MS location spray tan needs to be updated to a newer version I was disappointed with my spray but was provided with a comp spray tan that I will use at a different location. The ladies are always polite and helpful. The shop is always clean and tidy. Great place to tan!! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Kaylen took her time answering all my questions and had a lot of knowledge about the services and products there. This store is still changing over from Tan N Go. The lobby has nothing on it.
