Big Bowl is a fantastic restaurant! They have delicious food that is high quality! Great food, but took over an hour to get one appetizer. Order was wrong, I even called to confirm it, the person on the phone was impolite. Driver was great!

Asked for noodles on the side- was all together- and no silverware provided- we had to get some from the hotel we are staying at. Otherwise food was good. I am pretty sure the restaurant forgot to update the driver that food was ready. My food was Luke warm at most. Food was OK. For the price and the wait I was disappointed. The last few time we have been there we have beenmore and more disappointed I am not as excited to return as I used to be. A friend came into town and we had a nice day together and ended it with dinner at Big Bowl. The food and service is absolutely amazing. I have never had a bad experience in the many times I have been there.

My only issue, which really isn't a big deal is sitting close to others at the 2 person tables, versus a booth. The food and service make it worth it and it's quiet enough that you can still have a conversation. Server was awesome , food was excellent and very well designed restaurant. Food was very good, much better than the Ridgedale location. Food was hot and tasty and generous enough for left overs.

I ordered the pomegranate mojito and it was mostly ice, very little beverage.

The pot stickers were great. The summer rolls were terrible, the wraps were dried out and there was very little avocado and very little tuna, definitely would not order this again. The panang curry was not very flavorful. I am hoping this was just an off night.

The service, ambiance, and overall quality are reliable and reasonable. Every thing was very good and the service was great. I have been to this restaurant perhaps 10 times. The food is always served hot and fresh. The waiters are friendly and prompt.

We 4 people reached restaurant after reserving the table at 6: They did a great job serving our large group of Big Bowl has always been consistent and our last visit was no exception. Good service, decent portions, but too loud. Poor service. Waitress took a long time to show and forget multiple requests soy sauce, hot sauce.

Also, the food and presentation were considerably worse than past visits. Always a wonderful dining experience. Our server Brian L was the best! Excellent, delicious, fresh food! Great service! It was a perfect dinner before seeing a movie across the street at Southdale. We had a reservation for 7pm, majority of the party arrived at 7. However we were not sat, despite the reservation, until around 7: Disappointing considering we made a reservation for a large group. I had never been to Big Bowl before. I really enjoyed the warm cozy atmosphere, and the food was delicious.

The entrees were priced just right. I would definitely go back, and recommend to my friends. We have been going to Big Bowl for year. Love the food and the atmosphere! Pitcher was filled to the brim with ice as were our glasses. We hardly got any sangria and had a difficult time managing all the ice. Also ordered an old fashioned and it was awful. Food delicious as always but drinks were very disappointing.

Still waited 20 min with a reservation. Waitress this night was inattentive and did not come back to the table after she delivered our food. We had to ask someone else to bring our check. I'd skip this location. So many gluten free options and show so much care about dietary needs. Food is fresh and wonderful every single time. Order when taken needs to be verified multiple times. We ordered a vegan and a seafood dish and both dishes we got was vegan and the seafood was missing. It was clear in the order slip that one is with tofu and one with shrimp, however both dishes had tofu and we had to reorder extra shrimp.

This is the second time we faced this issue big bowl with wrong order. Overall really great. Only small downside- floors were pretty dirty. Big bowl is a family favorite.
