Our hair dryer didn't work - went to the front desk. Clerk gave me a key card instead. She didn't know what a hair dryer was. Finally the housekeeper took care of us. Welcome to real living! A pretty typical Hampton Inn, pretty nice in every way. Nice room, nice staff, nice breakfast, nice amenities. They had donuts from the best donut shop in the US at their buffet! They even gave us a few complimentary items we ran out of during our stay. The only drawback was one day we left the do not disturb sign on our door until after lunch and then housekeeping never made it to our room but it wasn't a huge big deal.

Got two new keys from the service desk and it took several attempts before one of the keys let me into my room and I made sure not to shut the door when I went outside again. There was nothing wrong with this hotel, but compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed at, nothing wow'd me for the nearly double cost we paid compared to our other stops.
If I was staying in the area again, I'd look for a different hotel which a much better price tag. Friendly staff, good location, everything clean, and good value. Nice accommodations, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool. There was a shortage of the luggage carriers when we were checking out.

Upon arriving, street directions to get into parking lot was not clearly marked. The room was amazing, exactly as pictured and more. The sitting room was a huge bonus for us. Because it is such a great hotel, it was very crowded. But, the staff had the manpower to check us in and out with almost no wait.

It was also very quiet throughout the night and there were a lot of breakfast options! There was a weird, dark, possible booger smear on the wall next to the bed. Kind of gross. The bed was also pretty hard, but not so much that I wouldn't go back. Nashville International Airport is 65 miles away.
