We had a great experience here! We came here after a horrible experience at another furniture store a couple blocks south. They had exactly what we were looking for, got a great deal, it was delivered as soon as it came in, and we are very happy with the purchase. Very professional and nice people. We made sure to ask whether they deliver and assemble the furniture, since we live in an upstairs apartment. The salesman, Mike, ensured that they would be able to deliver and assemble the furniture no problem. He even joked, "oh man, you live upstairs? The guys will have a great time with that! When the day came around on a Sunday, I gave them a call at 10AM when they opened.
Marie answered the phone and insisted that she could not find my order invoice and said mike will call me back, giving me the feeling that she just did not want to deal with the situation. Mike gave me a call back a few minutes later apologizing and ensured that our furniture would be delivered by 4PM that day. I left work early to go home and wait for the furniture to be delivered only for them to not show up by the time they said they would.
Again, Marie answered the call. She said that the delivery truck had not delivered our furniture to the store so we would have to wait until Tuesday for our furniture to be delivered. I asked her why they couldn't just tell me that when I called earlier in the day, and she again did not want to answer my questions, only to say that mike would call me back.
Over 30 minutes later, Mike called back saying the same thing: I asked him why he couldn't just tell me that when I called at 10am, he had no answer. I demanded to cancel my order since they gave me an order invoice that stated the delivery date would be on that day and they are not keeping their side of the deal. He laughed, and with a condescending tone said "I guess you'll be paying for something you won't have then because we don't do refunds and there is no way there is a delivery date on that paper" FURIOUS, I told him I'm staring right at the date as I'm talking to him.
He said "I'm sure I did not write it on that paper, if you're so sure then bring the paper in. I ended up bringing the paper in and Mike's expression was shock, he did not know what else to say to try and scam me out of my order! I demanded to speak to the owner and both mike and Marie ignored my requests! I ended up leaving the store infuriated!
Once I got home, mike called and said he would be able to get a 76 year old man to deliver my furniture after all, trying to make me feel bad or something. I was thinking "how can they deliver furniture that they said did not get delivered to their store, which was the reason why I wouldn't get my delivery until Tuesday? This company obviously does not care about customer satisfaction!
Until this very day I did not receive and apology for the huge inconvenience. Once they collect their money they're set- they don't care if the customer is satisfied or not. And to think I was wanting to order more items from them!

Great customer service. Will return in future. Went in to look at beds, the salesman talked us in to getting a bed and promised quick and easy, no hassle financing. They are not a finance financing. Instead company and are leasing company. This is absolute HI way robbery! We asked the salesman if this was a lease, that we did not want a lease, he assured us it was not, and was indeed a purchase. After we made our five payments and thought we were done, the following month they withdrew another payment to our bank account. I called TEMPOE, and was told this was a lease and we had to have bought the item out either 30, 60, or 90 days, otherwise we were still on a lease that was to last another 12 months.
So what it comes down to is the first five payments are interest only, which you then have to pay full price of item plus several hundred extra dollars. If after the five payments we no longer want to pay, we have to return the item. Might as well just save that money for five months and pay in full, rather than get ripped off.
