Really liked being texted flight updates so I was aware of what was going on. Would have liked to have known "new" arrival times in the flight updates after being told of the delays so I could properly arrange for a ride when I got to Orlando. In this uncontrollable circumstances with proof possibly allow a credit or refund better because now we have to book another flight or make a red another arrangements to drive or salon and pay for rooms. Town that we flew out from did not have frontier. This is a family medical ER trip not pleasure.

Pricing seems deceitful, should just raise price to include bags and seat. The crew makes all announcements so quickly, that they cannot be understood. Everybody was very friendly and the flight was quick! As a frequent flyer, I don't fly this airline for luxury or convenience, I fly this airline for cost savings. Although there is nothing fancy about Frontier, the plane was clean, the crew was incredibly gracious and the flight was super simple. I would definitely fly Frontier again. Nice short flight, on time, even a few minutes early. I like the prices with Frontier Airlines if you do not need to bring any bags. The cost of bags is way too high and makes it hard to book with them if you can not bring anything besides a personal item.
We checked in from Seattle with no charge for carry on bags. Went through security and all just fine. Everything else you had to pay for.
