Although I've been reading about them for some time now, I've never used them. I suppose it is because the first time I ever booked a limo, I did it through the property I was staying at. I found out that it was the best way to go, as there were times it was fully comped at the end of my stay. When it wasn't, it was still cheaper than Presidential. I always booked through the property round trip.

I would think that if I were to decide not to use the return trip, it wouldn't be a problem as long as I gave them enough notice. I particularly liked the fact that I didn't have to give an exact pick up time for the trip back to the airport until the night before.

VegasSue, when you book through the hotel, do you normally get picked up in their house limo or do they just arrange it with one of the limo companies? If they have a house limo available, that is what they send. If not, they send a limo from bell-trans which is actually a sister company of presidential limo.
They have a contract with them. They were always great. There was no problem making a stop off to the store on the way to the hotel. I'm sure every property is different on the way they run things and what the charge will be.

I would also think it depends on your play. It only takes a phone call to find out what the charge would be and how they apply it. That's how I started out. I always make sure to have a confirmation in writing. Thanks for the information! Our level of play is enough to get comp rooms, but not enough to justify limo pickup.

I would have contacted Presidential based on the good reviews here, but now may just arrange it with the hotel. Another option is to go to the limousine area at the baggage area and hire transportation when you land. Most times this is the most cost effective approach. My guess is it wasn't profitable to absorb late arrivals and stops at "the sign" or store for refreshments. Simply buy a rose and a bottle of wine at McCarran and be one your way.
