Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good. This hotel staff was very gracious and welcomed questions. The lady, short blonde hair, Caucasian - that provided breakfast was absolutely great and welcoming, accommodating of our needs. Was a very clean hotel. Loved that they have a snack area to purchase items. Decent breakfast - really loved the soaps! Nice place. Clean and comfortable with a great staff! Located right off the interstate, ample parking, and right next to several good places to eat.
Shopping close by as,well. Convenietly located to the hospital purpose for our trip shopping center and restaurants. Close to good dining and shopping. Walking distance. Comfort Suites. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing! The water in the toilet kept running all night, needed some fixing. Friendly, helpful staff; spacious room; larger than usual refrigerator; microwave oven. It was clean, inviting atmosphere and the free breakfast was great! The young lady at the front desk was very nice.
The staff were wonderful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The location was great and the iverall experience was perfect.. It's close to my son's house. Our last time staying here was great. There was construction going on so the whole front entrance was dusty.
The T. In the room didn't work and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to come look at it and when we finally did get in contact with someone, they came hours later. There was a cleaning staff member that was rude when my family said good morning. The looked at us and kept walking. This behavior was unacceptable in a customer service business. I like this hotel, it is always very accommodating. Good location. Friendly and efficient staff. Full breakfast and excellent customer service. First class hotel, the best part of my trip.
They had fruit and coffee available 24 hours. The business center was free to use. The hot tub was actually hot and soothed all my aching joints from riding a chopper for 6 hours to get there. Charge was high for what it was! Nice hot tub! Very clean.. Seemed new. Staff was great!! Beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Comfy beds!

When we check'd in, the staff could have been a little friendlier. Room was clean, staff friendly, and the location was excellent for my needs. Quiet and restful.

Have stayed there in the past and was completely satisfied again. I recommend it. The location was great! Located right off the FWY; across the street from Walmart; and walking distance to many restaurants is super! The area was quiet and relaxing. It took more effort than necessary to find the pool. I did not see a sign or arrows to direct me to the pool. I thought that was odd. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants, all within walking distance. Pool umbrellas and sun loungers are available at no cost. A pool cabana comes with a surcharge. The Wigwam has rooms and three restaurants for guests.
