Turns out the difference was a few dollars. The pizza is not even good enough to be worth this bad experience, twice. I won't be ordering from here again. I've been ordering from upper crust for 15 years in Coolidge corner, the pizza has been consistently great and the delivery always quick.
Even with Ottos across the street good pizza too I always get upper crust delivered. They ran out of the ingredients for the pizza I ordered, so instead of calling me and telling me they just made a random pizza and delivered it. It was good, I unfortunately did not know it was thin crust which I'm not a fan of.
