She failed to explain to me the rate and I was charged almost dollars for local trip. I will be disputing it with my credit card too.
We elected to use the mobile app to pick up the uhaul. In theory it's great--but you end up going inside anyways, we wasted 20 minutes trying to take the picture so it was accepted. And that process cutting into our time was just a little annoying. We had also already submitted the drivers license photo front and back--so unclear why that was needed twice.
Everything else was totally golden--just would recommend skipping the "mobile pickup" cause it was more trouble than it's worth.
