I am in the process of reporting them to trading standards. Christmas is fast,approaching and here I am housebound for the second year running. I needed to find a site with a mirade of good deals in order to buy Christmas gifts for my family. In Mighty Deals I found exactly what I needed.

I ordered a refurbished phone which would not allow me to download apps. Unable to contact merchant and no way of getting a decent reply from Mighty Deals. Got an address to return item but Royal Mail unable to deliver and parcel not collected so returned to me. This has been going on since September. I have now passed all email correspondence to my credit card company and am hoping that they will be able to sort it out. As stated by someone else it has put me off buying from them. Used these offers a few times now. Always a good deal and prompt delivery.
I ordered for the first time a mermaid blanket for my daughter's birthday.
This never showed up. I have tried to get hold of customer service but it is impossible - no phone number, no email. You have to communicate with them through the page and they take about 3 days to respond to each query. I have been told on 4 separate occasions that the money has been refunded but I haven't had a penny back in my bank.
I am seriously considering reporting them to trading standards. It has put me off ordering with them ever again. I had a similar issue with Groupon and was able to chat live with an operator who refunded the money straight away and sent me a follow up email - a much nicer experience! I would say to avoid Mightydeals at all costs as if anything goes wrong with your order - forget about it and kiss your cash goodbye.

Crap customer service I have been trying to contact you about an item I ordered and hasn't turned up, I phoned and emailed the supplier but they have not got back to me, and trying to contact mighty deals is impossible, please contact me asap, as this is a Christmas present , not happy.
