Seat tray tables were broken. Seat smoothness was very worst. Delay of more than two hours caused my booking at the hotel to be cancelled. Not only i lost all my money but have no hotel to stay What is your responsibility on that??? Some of the very nice German movies were shown only in German.

I felt I was badly treated and there was no instruction to what they where checking for. I am very incline to not recommended Lufthansa Airline to anyone. The notification for change of Boarding Gate did not reflect immediately. Our flight was delayed from Hyderabad to Doha and they did not allow us to board the flight as connecting flight from Doha to Dallas would have been left. They did not have seats for next day , the earliest we could go was 2 days later. They did not apologize or compensate for delay. I wish I knew that I could have get a room or food vouchers when I was ordering an e ticket.

Couldn't check in online and caused me to miss my flight. Then made me buy new tickets. The travel plan E ticket did not contain luggage entitlement is not mentioned properly. On contacting the customer service agent on 5th Dec, , he could not give satisfactory reply and he has further suggested to call Jet airways for actual entitlement of checked in baggages. I expect the booking agent should advise passengers correctly on these issues including transit visa requirement in some stopover countries. Poor food, flight attend and finally baggage missing.

Overall experience is extremely bad. Flight canceled, poor communication from the airline to the passengers. Time was excellent even considering a connection delay they had. Very polite crew members. Good entertainment options. Cabin was crowded. Leg room was scarce, short seating space. Almost no room for sleeping if you're not a frequent economy traveler. The plane was extremely old and in poor repair.

The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor. United lies about baggage fees. When booking off of kayak, they charge to assign a seat and they charge to carry on or check your baggage. The flight was too warm. One particular flight attendant in economy was particularly gruff and made the flight unpleasant as she spoke abruptly to clients.

One man asked for tea no sugar, she told him that he should just ask for black tea and not add things to his order. As she picked up trash she t.

I am stranded in Bangkok because the Flight you put me on violated China visa requirements. The WiFi service did not actually work. Also it is not clear that despite checking in online you still have to check in at the airport too. It was cheap, had a pretty good selection of movies, was able to choose my seat.

The food was pretty mediocre, staff was pretty stingy with drinks, ran out of drink choices, not that comfortable seats for a 15 hour flight, most of the staff was pretty rude to non Chinese customers. You get what you pay for. This flight was shorter but i felt flight attendants were still very attentive. Not that i cared because I was in and out of sleep, just pointing it out. Like on my earlier review , wine selection awful , cheese selection awful , food terrible , drink selection awfu , entertainment I have seen every movie on there , terrible flight.

Would be nice to use points for seat upgrades. Stop making seats smaller! The added revenue from 10 squeezed seats is not worth the discomfort it causes. New plane. Great movie selection. Flight timing, booking and boarding staff very helpful, decent service by inflight staff. Poor service, poor organization, no proper instructions for flight connection. No wheelchair despite being requested while booking and before departure. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate. The seats on this flight were very tight.

The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space.
