My last order, last night I asked for Ravioli and a Chocolate Mousse Glass same order that they sent to the wrong address , I only received my entree.

As much as I like the food, their delivery leaves much to be desired, and has been disappointing the last few times I have ordered from here. I am a long time customer, as I live locally and so always find the food good, but this time they delivered the food to the wrong address even though I never ever actually received my order!
I live locally and really enjoy the food from here, except they delivered it to the wrong address, even though I tried to call and give them the right address but ended up cancelling the order. I will order from here again though but will be careful to give them the proper address. I have gone into Chelsea Ristorante only once, as I live very close, though I have ordered continuously from here for take-out and the food remains as excellent as it was when I first walked in and sat down.
I live locally, and so Chelsea Ristorante is an easy place to go to for take out or dining in. The food is good. There is no italian within five miles of rhis place, the worst lasagna i've ever eaten. Took almost an hour for bland pasta, off tasting risotto and dry bread. Dont't do it! Love most things we've gotten there and the little garlic bread that it comes with is amazing.
The Gemelli Amatricana was delicious and they delivered within the minute window as advertised. They also included a variety of delicious bread. I would order from them again! Ravioli arrived cold. Was so unbelievably salty I couldn't even eat it. And it only came w three little pieces. Risotto tasted ok just cause of the seafood but overall was disappointing.
Two stars because they listened to my requests for bread and butter and delivery time only took half an hour. Would not order from here again.
Awesome, then this place is for you! They even deliver it undercooked so when you reheat it it won't be too dried out. Now that's customer service. Keep the oven warm and never underestimate the corner bodega.
The chicken dish was good, the risotto was water zero taste. Considering the prices the quality should be better. Good delivery, comes with great bread. I really like the chicken dishes. It's the best italian food in the neighborhood. Priced slightly higher than other places but worth it.
Tastes like restaurant quality even when delivered. Best Italian in our area by far. The "rucola salad" is excellent - perfectly dressed. I like those three things so much I haven't ordered anything else, but plan to. Based on the quality of these three items, I'm fairly certain most things are good here. Only real knock is that it's expensive, but the portions are generous. The half-pasta option is also a huge plus.
And the desserts are great! Best place for delivery in the area, on ALL fronts. Delivery was fast and food seems to be made by fresh and high quality ingredients, but it suffers - a lot - from the delivery transit. The carpaccio came cooked because it was stored above the pasta, without any protection, and the pasta was overcooked, probably cooked during the trip. Overall, its a good restaurant but customer should order carefully so food comes preserved from the transit. Best Italian restaurant in New York, and its food doesn't suffer in transit. Their Penne Arrabiata and Chicken Paillard are my favorite entrees: Their wood-fired pizza is good, though the margherita is far better than the marinara.
An added bonus beyond their menu are their bread inclusions -- they give you a flatbread: One of the better bets among the many Italian restaurants in Chelsea. The pappardelle with mushrooms and artichokes is amazing. And the bread bites that come standard with every order are addictive. Caprese is good, but the serving size is small for the price and is not served with fresh basil.
We were a little hesitant the first time that we went there because it doesn't look like much from the outside. It's a bit Hidden, away from traffic, in the Georgetown Shopping Center. We weren't expecting much, but let me tell you Inside, the ambiance is warm and comfortable with a classic Italian atmosphere. The food is incredibly scrumptious! Very enjoyable dining. The service is excellent, as the servers always seem to be very devoted to giving the customers the very best courteous service. Great food and Large portions, all at a very reasonable price.
I love their veal dishes several to choose from , tender and cooked to perfection.
The seafood has always been fresh, I love their calamari and the baked clams! Just delicious, I strongly recommend Toscani Restaurant to everyone. Ordered a pepperoni pizza last week, it was so good. Had another couple over and they really liked it a lot. Definitely would go back again. Terrific little Italian place! Co-workers and I had great lunch. My homemade spinach gnocchi was light and flavorful, best I've eaten! And the bread was amazing, served with herbed olive oil!
