It was not crowded at all during the week which made it more pleasant. Place still looks clean and new. There are a few areas in common area that can use little paint touch up. I have been twice best waterpark I. Best waterslides I have ever been to and I have been to a few indoor parks. The rooms at the hotel are nice and this is a very fun filled convenient weekend something for everyone her fun for all ages even adult. Place is okay- customer service is lacking. Rocco however seems to be a shining star among them.
