Special dietary requirements were met at breakfast, where staff were very efficient and more than helpful, The room was lovely, and our request for a child's bed was met with a perfectly sized roll out all set up. It was an extremely quiet room with a lovely view. Customer service was spot on, with any queries answered by knowledgeable and friendly staff.
