Quality of the rental Cons: Car was not ready when reserved. Had to wait for a car to be returned and washed before we got one. Not good. It took an hour and a half to get my rental.

The people checking in had no clue what was going on in the garage and what cars were available. Ended up having to wait longer to get the actual car I requested. There definetly needs to be a faster picking up process and communication between the desk and the garage. Nice car but too expensive to add a second driver Pros: Clean, nice, easy to drive car, good price for a midsize sedan. The cost to add a second driver was so high it would almost have doubled the rental cost. We couldn't afford that so I had to do all the driving which was frustrating.

Dirty smelly car and unfriendly staff Pros: Gave me a minivan that was in poor condition. Vehicle smelled like wet carpet. Made a noise like a Huey flying over rice paddies in 'Nam when I got up to highway speeds. Warning about toll by plate options on San Francis Pros: Liked the space inside, very comfortable. And gas usage was amazing. You have to pay the pay by plate tolls within 48 hrs or they are charged to car rental company and if you did not choose that coverage it's 15 dollar fee per toll plus cost of toll.

Absolute rip off Cons: The agent did not tell me about the "special" policy about toll road. Wanted to extend 2 weeks and drop off at Pasco WA. Rent new vehicle.
