Last reservation at 10pm we felt rushed. The staff were using profanity talking loud across the room. Those corner booth are strange seating can't face your date you have to look at ppl sitting in the center. Food was ok not as good as the summer. Expensive not worth the price. Very good service at the bar first. Food was very good and well presented. Enjoyed the overall experience. Our service was good, although the waitress was new and had to be promoted a couple of times.
Loved our banquette table! We were at the table for hours. None of the other tables ever received food either. We left. The Medallion Marsala was the best I have ever had, perhaps the best steak I've ever had. It was tender, perfectly cooked and had amazing flavor! However, the wine glasses were dirty and had to be sent back. We cleaned our own silverware with out napkins. The waitstaff didn't seem to know what to do with a "corked" bottle of wine. The hostess was distant and not particularly welcoming.
Clearly a mixed bag but I will give it another shot in case it was an off night. The food was that good. Food was delicious! We went to the Grill for NYE. Service was terrible! This is the second time we went on NYE and service was poor. Additionally, the food was served cold. For the money, there are definitely better restaurants where the service is spot on. Very disappointing experience. I will not be giving a third try on NYE. Went for our anniversary. Server was a little slow getting to us but after no complaints after.
Lots of nightly specials, we had Oysters Rockefeller appetizer and they were delicious. Love the Beef Wellington so tender and good portion. One suggestion-chairs tipped up at bar apparently to save for folks way too tacky, try reserved seating sign. Folks do walk into those chair legs, my husband being one. We waited a little longer than I expected but were sat near the band and the bar. Our server was attentive and helpful. Ultimately The food was increadible as I expected. It was easy to justify the prices based on the quality of the food. Between the decour and the food I will go again. Tip for first timers, If your going for conversation dont get seated near the bar and band it tends to get a bit loud.
A must expeirence and the area offers a nice weekend away. Stopped here for a nice dinner date before bright nights. We arrived a little before they actually opened at 5. They let us in to use the restroom and have a seat at the bar for a drink as they finished up setting the tables for the evening. I was not a fan of one of the bartender as he seemed to have a little attitude and kept checking out my girlfriend.
Yet the bartender that we had was a awesome, she was very friendly and made a different cocktail for my girlfriend as she didnt care for one of their special drinks. Food service was great, we had again a awesome server and she was very delightful to have. The food that we ordered was fantastic as I was expecting for the price point of our meals.
Overall I do recommend and will return next time I'm in that area. Open table is a great way to set up the reservation. It was super easy to set up and will recommend it to anyone. It was not bad considering you could had either walked along way from another remote parking area in very cold 20 degree weather.
The hostess was very friendly and found our table within a few minutes of our arrival. Even thought the ace was fairly busy, our waitress was always around and made sure we didn't run out of anything. Food was very good overall.

Our lobster bisque soup was delicious and was enough to share. Good music tonight. The band playing sounded good and we were glad we moved our reservation from 5ish to 7: Moat music bands start playing after 8pm. The place was very casual. We'll come back again.
It was a good experience. We are local and have eaten at many times before, we always came back. Unfortunately we are now looking for a new steakhouse. We are NOT pretentious, and cut servers a lot of slack but when you point something out I do not need to know Why it happened, I want to know How you will fix it.
When I pointed this out to our server the response was why they were burnt and dry, never offering or just going back to the kitchen to get some new rolls.
