The thing that stood out for both of Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre. Friendly staff on reception. Room was clean and inviting. All necessities available in the room ie We were a family of 5 2 adults and 3 kids and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure Special offer.

This one was spoilt by the food and service in restraunt. I know to most this is been picky but that's what reviews are all about. My starter was a prawn The room was comfortable with a great bed and windows you could actually open for fresh air. The staff we came in to contact with were all very Wincham Hall Hotel and Gardens Northwich. Food was very nice and plenty of it, the two men at the bar were very friendly and served us quickly: We thouroughly enjoyed the day!
I apologise because the service and attention you gave was second to none and very much appreciated.

I had no reason to worry about being alone, as the other guests were brilliant company. Once again hosts Simon and Its our annual Christmas meal here. Have to say the journey up the M6 is an absolute nightmare but our stay here more then compensates, infact Maples Hotel.
